A native of the Washington DC area, Nancye Lewis-Overstreet has been designing interiors for nearly a decade. Her
education not only in design, but fine art and illustration provide her the unique ability to convey her ideas with her clients. From
concept to completion her designs are timeless. Her emphasis on color and strong design fundamentals have inspired beautiful
and creative spaces her clients continue to enjoy. Rabbit Runn Designs is a firm whose residential interiors are about appreciating
and fulfilling its client’s imaginings with spaces reflecting their personal style.
Nancye’s work has been featured in three area home tours, she has been interviewed for The Washington Post and The
Washington Times as well as various local newspaper articles and has been a contributing designer to The Washington Post’s
“House Calls” column. She has applied her creative talents to charity events including The Campagna Center, The Junior League
of Northern Virginia and The Washington Metro Chapter of ASID; where she was recently awarded The ASID Presidential Certificate
for her efforts. She has participated in the 2004 NSO Decorator’s Show House and in the 2006 NSO Decorator’s Show House.
Nancye is an experienced window treatment consultant certified by the Window Coverings Association of America and is an
Allied Member of ASID.
